Creating reality is easy. It actually happens automatically. You are creating your reality all day, every day, whether you like it or not.
Yes, you are that powerful!
In the previous articles I described more in depth how does that happen. We spoke about the “How” and some techniques, that I have been playing around with and tested myself.
Everything that I have written here about, comes from personal experience.
Today, You will learn the supposedly easiest from all of them.
This one I got from Ramtha.
When I first heard this, I felt immediately attracted and intrigued by the idea.
I made sure I understood it correctly, therefore I replayed once or twice more.
Then I … forgot about it for a while.
Until earlier this year, when It came back to my awareness and I decided to give it a spin.
It worked on the first try!
And then I got excited about it!
And then I forgot again.
And then used it for the second time- and it worked again!
Now I am using it consciously and its amazing how effective the technique is.
Heres HOW & WHY:
HOW it works:
Put you alarm clock way earlier than you normally wake up (ie. if you wake up 7:30 put it 5:30).
No worries its not about waking up 2H earlier and grinding- this one is effortless.
Know before what you want to create -this is crucial!
Focus on 1 thing at the time and be very specific!
Say it to yourself as you have done it today:
Today/ I have done/created/managed to/ _____(fill the blank) IE “Today I found a new client” OR “Today I finished my project” OR “Today I managed to stand up on the wave” etc – you go the idea.
Go back to sleep and wake up when your “standard” alarm clock goes off.
Important: Go about your day as usual! Do not keep looking for the answer or the solution of what you have told yourself in the morning! Don’t even think about it! It will come to you 🙂
Important #2: If it does not work on day 1, keep doing it 🙂
I have tested it on numerous occasions and it always worked.
WHY it works:
When you wake up earlier than usual and consciously plant a thought in your head – it goes straight to you subconscious mind.
When we sleep, our brain waves are either DELTA or THETA – both of them are unconscious ones.
If you consciously tell the subconscious what exactly it is going to happen- it will create it.
Do not worry or think about the “how”- it will take care of it – It’s the most advanced and sophisticated system ever created.
When we are waking up from long night sleep, our brain waves frequency speeds up. From Delta, to Theta, to Alpha (when you are drowsy after waking up) and Beta (modus operandi of the awaken state). Both, Alpha and Beta waves are conscious brain waves.
The subconscious mind is responsible for over 95% of your external reality. It “creates” based on what you have experienced in the past, saw, believed etc. It’s the “executor”. It does not ask “how” or “Why”. Once the idea has synced to the Subconscious Mind, it executes it. More on the topic of Subconscious mind here or in the book “The power of your Subconscious mind”.
