How do you create your reality every da part 1

I’m passionate about discussing how we shape our reality. I love exploring it, and I love being a “reality-shaping enthusiast” even more.

Every single one of us is molding their reality day in and day out – yes, that includes you. You’ve likely come across phrases like “you’re more powerful than you realize” or “your potential is limitless.” When life isn’t aligning with your desires, these phrases might just seem annoying. But in this quick read, I’ll show you just how incredible you are and how you’re actively creating your reality. Exciting, right? So, where do we start?

Here’s a powerful nugget: you get more of whatever you focus on. Your attention is like a spotlight – it illuminates where you put it (and where your energy goes). This energy amplifies whatever it touches. It’s a simple equation: Your thoughts occupy your energy, and your energy magnifies those thoughts. It’s a bit like a loop.

This combo of your THOUGHTS + your FEELINGS forms your STATE OF BEING. And this state of being shapes your actions. Remember, not taking action is an action in itself.

This is a potent tool that’s at your fingertips all the time. It works just as effectively for good as it does for bad – both for creation and destruction.

Imagine feeling inspired about something or someone. You start thinking about it (“How can I make this happen? What steps can I take?”), and your thoughts gather momentum. Soon, you’re noticing opportunities everywhere, reading, researching, and connecting with people who can help you. Your state of being fuels a stream of questions, which in turn guides your actions. It’s like a GPS to bring your inspiration to life.

But wait, there’s more! Your energy, known as Prana in Indian culture, is an essential player in your creation. It’s like the conductor of an orchestra, capable of both creating and demolishing. This energy management skill can significantly impact your life.

The external world, aka the Universe, acts as a mirror. It reflects your inner landscape. This mirror isn’t judgmental; it’s a responsive reflection of what’s happening within you. Try observing how your external world shifts with your feelings – joy, excitement, love, sadness, anger, disappointment – it’s all your doing. Remember, you have the power to change it!

And then there’s the art of worrying. Humans have a knack for it because our brains evolved for survival. Worrying about XYZ activates your survival mode, diverting your attention. This affects the fight/flight/freeze response. How you’ve wired yourself, your past experiences, your parental influences – these shape your response. Worry triggers a downward spiral. You may start victimizing yourself and thinking negatively. The questions you ask yourself build your inner reality, which eventually molds your outer world.

When you worry, you’re directing your focus toward negativity. The more you focus on negative aspects, the more they amplify. It’s like sending a request to the Universe: “Give me more of this, I want more of this in my life.”

Today’s lesson: Where your attention goes, energy flows – and things grow. Keep in mind: You’re remarkable!

PS. Can you focus your thoughts on one thing without getting distracted? Give it a shot!
