The true but hard story of you…

by Jay Bialecki – You are awesome!

Have you ever stopped to think about what it’s like to enter this world, a realm where you arrive vulnerable and voiceless, unable to fulfill even your basic needs? In this early stage, your caregivers – often your parents – become your guardians, your saviors. Without them, the simplest tasks would be insurmountable.

In your initial year, you communicate through cries, shouts, and smiles. Every movement, every touch, every meal requires the dedicated attention of those caring for you, day and night. And then, you begin to crawl, to walk, to venture into the world.

As you grow, words become a bridge between you and those around you. You start to understand the conversations happening, absorbing the dynamics of communication. You’re like a sponge, absorbing the ways people talk about problems, others, money, work, and the broader world. It’s like learning a program, engrained through observation and experience.

The journey continues as you step outside your safety net and into the world of school. Here, you meet others, each with their own set of programmed beliefs and perspectives. This melting pot shapes your outlook, influencing how you perceive relationships, experiences, and the world itself.

For a significant portion of your life – around 12 years – you attend a place many find unenjoyable. Learning, often perceived as dull, becomes synonymous with books and lectures. You’re guided to blend in, get good grades, behave. Throughout these years, experiences leave their mark, influencing your perspective on events like first love or a heart-wrenching breakup.

High school concludes, and a pivotal moment arrives: the decision to continue studies or enter the workforce. For some, the path is clear, but for many, like yourself, uncertainty reigns. Choices are often driven by the expectations of others – family, society – leading to years of wandering, indecision, and change.

And then, the cycle repeats – studies, work, earning money, acquiring possessions. You find yourself caught in a spiral, working to pay for things you don’t necessarily need, and the days blur together. The sameness becomes overwhelming, and you’re confronted with questions of purpose, health, and fulfillment.

But remember, this isn’t the only way. There are countless possibilities, even if they’re often obscured by societal norms. You are a possibility, an opportunity waiting to be explored. You have the chance to be, to experience, to become.

The challenge is to awaken from the slumber of routine. To recognize that your life doesn’t have to follow the set patterns. You are an individual with the power to step outside these norms, to redefine your journey.

Your existence is a unique opportunity on this planet. Have you ever wondered about your untapped potential? Your unexplored talents? Your role in shaping the world around you? Have you considered how it might feel to pursue your passions, to engage in activities that light your soul on fire?

Life is a canvas, and you are the artist. What will you paint? What stories will you tell? Your journey is a story of curiosity, exploration, and creation.
